It's great if you want to order in a group to split the shipping costs, or if you need a few more items yourself! In such cases, please send us a message stating which items you need and in what quantity. We're sure to find a way to thank you! If you're ordering a series, please also send a message to our service advisor ( info@barikit.de ).

We're sorry you didn't like your item. You can generally return any item to us within the statutory time limits. This does not apply to special orders and custom-made items. Detailed information can be found in our refund policy. If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately! You can find the contact details here. To return the item, please fill out the return slip sent to you with the invoice email in full and send the package to the address below using the parcel service of your choice. Please send the package to us as an insured shipment. Uninsured shipments are not insured by us or the parcel service in the event of loss or damage. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped. DHL automatically charges a penalty postage fee for the recipient for shipments from Germany (generally €11.90). Please understand that we have to deduct this amount from your return shipment.

We typically ship orders within 24 hours, but some orders may take a little longer. Please allow us some time to prepare your order for shipping.

Shipping is currently available to all EU countries. The shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process (Germany: €4.90 standard, and small items: €2.65 standard; other EU countries: €12.95 standard). Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €150.00.

We will inform you of the estimated delivery time for your order via email (order confirmation). However, this time may vary depending on the selected items and shipping method. A more precise delivery time estimate can be found in the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email as soon as your order is on its way. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2-3 days. For all other EU countries, delivery varies between 4-6 days.
