Where is my order?
You may have ordered an item with an extended delivery time. This information will be displayed both on the item itself and in your shopping cart. In this case, the delivery time is 3–4 weeks.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with all the tracking information.
How can I return an item?
You can easily return items within 30 days of receipt. Use

The best way to ask your question is to use the question function for the respective product on our website. This way, other customers can also see the questions and answers and benefit from the information.
How long does my cylinder take?
Processing cylinders typically takes 4–5 weeks . For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide an interim timeframe.
In rare cases, if the cylinder needs to be welded or has a chrome coating, the processing time may be longer.
We ask for your understanding and patience.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered?
If your order has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item , please contact us immediately – preferably by email to info@barikit.de with
a photo of the goods and a brief note about the problem.
This allows us to react quickly and find a suitable solution – whether replacement delivery,
Exchange or refund .
Can I have a custom-made item made?
For production-technical reasons, custom-made products are only available for larger quantities

Manufacturing.
