The BARIKIT 80cc Big Bore cylinder kit with 50 mm bore was specially developed for Derbi Senda models with D50B0 engine (Euro 3 & 4).
Made from a durable gray cast iron alloy, it ensures extreme durability, while the big bore design releases significantly more power and torque.
Maximum performance, optimized cooling:
The complex transfer port layout with a large 3-part exhaust ensures efficient gas exchange and full utilization of the stroke.
Even in the lower speed range, the cylinder delivers powerful thrust and reaches its peak power in the range of approximately 11,000 rpm – 12-15 hp depending on the setup.
A special highlight is the split aluminum cylinder head , which significantly improves cooling performance and thus ensures thermal stability even under continuous sporting load.
The precisely manufactured 2-ring piston offers optimal sealing and high stability – even during extended use.
