Cool if you want to order in a group to share the shipping costs or if you need a few more items yourself! In such cases, write us a message stating which items you need and in what quantity. We'll be sure to find a thank you! If you order a series, please also write a message to our service advisor ( info@barikit.de ).
It's a shame that you don't like your item. You can generally return any item to us within the statutory time limits. Special orders and custom-made items are excluded from this. You can find detailed information in our refund policy here. If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately! You can find the contact options here. To return the item, please fill out the return slip sent to you with the invoice email in full and send the package with the parcel service of your choice to the address below. Please send the package to us as an insured shipment. In the event of loss or damage, uninsured shipments are not insured by us or the parcel service. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the package is sufficiently franked. DHL automatically charges the recipient a postage penalty for packages from Germany (generally €11.90). Please understand that we have to offset this amount against your return.

We will refund your payment to the original payment method used after processing and receiving your return.
We usually ship orders within 24 hours, but some orders may take a little longer. Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping.
The goods can currently be shipped to all EU countries. The costs for your delivery will be displayed during the order process (DE standard 4.90 euros and small parts 2.65 euros; other EU countries standard 12.95 euros). Within Germany we deliver free of charge for orders over 150.00 euros.
We will inform you of the expected delivery time of your order by email (order confirmation) - however, this time may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method. You can find a more precise estimate of the delivery time in the shipping confirmation. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is on its way to you. Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-3 days. In all other EU countries, the delivery time varies between 4-6 days.
