Cool if you want to order in a group to split the shipping cost or you need a few more pieces yourself! In such cases, write us a message, which items you need and in what quantity. We're sure to find a thank you! When ordering a series, please also write a message to our service advisor ( info@barikit.de ).

It's a pity that you don't like your article. In principle, you can send any item back to us within the statutory periods. Exceptions to this are special orders and productions. You can find detailed information in our refund policy here. If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately! You can find the contact options here. To return the item, please fill out the return slip sent to you with the invoice email and send the package to the address below using the parcel service of your choice. Please send the package to us as an insured shipment. Uninsured shipments are not insured by us or the parcel service in the event of loss or damage. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer. Please frank the package sufficiently. Unfree parcels from Germany automatically generate a fine for the recipient (generally €11.90) on the part of DHL. Please understand that we have to offset this amount against your return.

We will refund your payment to the originally used payment method after processing and receiving your return.

We usually ship orders within 24 hours, some orders may take a little longer. Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping.

It is currently possible to ship the goods to all EU countries. The costs for your delivery will be displayed to you during the ordering process (DE standard 4.90 euros and small parts 2.65 euros; other EU countries standard 12.95 euros). Within Germany we deliver free of charge from a minimum order value of 150.00 euros.

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order by email (order confirmation) - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method. You can find a more accurate estimate of the delivery time in the shipping confirmation. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is on its way to you. Within Germany, the delivery time is regularly 2-3 days. In all other EU countries the delivery time varies between 4-6 days.
