We usually ship orders within 24 hours . However, some orders may take a little longer – please give us a little time, to carefully prepare your order for shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping is currently possible worldwide . The exact costs for your delivery will be shown to you during the ordering process.

  • Germany
    • Standard: €5.90
    • Small parts: €3.95
  • EU countries
    • Standard: 13.95 €
    • Small parts: €5.40
  • International
    • Up to 2 kg: 39.90 €
    • Up to 5 kg: 59.90 €

💡 Tip: For orders over 100 € we offer free shipping within the EU.

Additional costs for international deliveries

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs may apply, which we cannot influence. These are the responsibility of you as the customer, e.g.:

  • Costs for transferring money (transfer or exchange rate fees)
  • Import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties)

Delivery times

  • Germany: approx. 2–3 working days
  • EU countries: approx. 4–6 working days
  • International: depends on the destination country

You will receive an order confirmation by email with an estimated delivery time. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will also receive a Shipping confirmation with more detailed information.
