Shipping policy
We usually ship orders within 24 hours, some orders may take a little longer. Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping.
The products can currently be shipped to all EU countries, Switzerland and Great Britain. The costs for your delivery will be displayed to you during the ordering process (DE standard 4.90 euros and small parts 2.95 euros; other EU countries standard 12.95 euros). From an order value of 100 euros we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we (seller) are not responsible and which you (customer) must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order by email (order confirmation) - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method. You can find a more accurate estimate of the delivery time in the shipping confirmation. You will receive this by email as soon as your order is on its way to you. Within Germany, the delivery time is regularly 2-3 days. In all other EU countries the delivery time varies between 4-6 days.
